Capcom Announces Millionaire Music Edition Sweepstakes
Sprint Customers Have a Chance to Win $1 Million Dollars with Contest To Celebrate The Launch Of Millionaire Music Edition Mobile On Sprint Game Lobby
Sprint subscribers who have an ear for music trivia could win a spot in the "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” hot seat when they visit the Game Lobby on their Sprint or Nextel phone, and enter the Millionaire Music Edition Sweepstakes.
In support of the launch of Millionaire Music Edition mobile on the Sprint Game Lobby, developer/publisher Capcom Interactive and Disney-ABC Domestic Television are giving away a chance to take the mobile experience to the "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” studios. There one lucky winner will have the opportunity to appear as a contestant on the syndicated game show hosted by Meredith Vieira and play for $1 million dollars.
Sprint subscribers can enter the contest between July 1 and August 15, 2007. In addition to the chance to compete on the popular program, the grand prize winner will be awarded two round-trip airfare tickets to New York City, accommodations for three nights and $1,000 cash. The new Millionaire Music Edition is available free as a demo on select Sprint and Nextel phones and brings the excitement and suspense of the hit syndicated game show to the palms of customers' hands. In this all-music edition of the popular game, players' test their knowledge of all things music with 1,000 mind-bending questions. Like the show, the wireless game begins with a common knowledge 100 dollar question and culminates with the $1 million dollar question. To help players progress through the game, four lifelines are available including – "Ask the Audience,” ”50:50,” "Phone a Friend” and "Switch the Question.”
